  • You can pay your balance in one of two ways:

Option 1: Before the deadline, visit our Parent Portal, log-in with your registration username andpassword, click your initials at the top right corner for a drop down menu, click “my dashboard” and it will take you to your balance. Click “make payment” to pay your balance.

Option 2: Do nothing! After the deadline, Camp Evergreen will process your remaining balance using the card you originally registered with.

*Please note: For credit and debit card payments we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, but we do not accept American Express.

  • We prefer to take debit or credit cards. If you must pay by check, please contact Camp Director Katie Grady.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact Camp Director Katie Grady.

Refunds may be issued until the third week of May (minus a $15 processing fee).

  • Full refunds (minus a $15 processing fee) are offered for all of our sessions if canceled by May 16, 2025. After that time, we regret that we cannot issue refunds.

  • Each year, Camp Evergreen raises funds for camper scholarships, sending more than 180 economically-disadvantaged children to summer camp. We work with various organizations to host three scholarship camp sessions each summer—at no cost to the campers. We are so grateful to our donors for providing such a life-changing experience to so many children!

We also set aside a small amount of funding to assist campers in our other sessions.

Download our financial assistance and scholarship camp application.

  • For many scholarship campers, this will be their first ever camp experience. Our hope is that experiencing the joys of summer camp and being in nature can give them the freedom to just simply enjoy being a kid.

Join us in making this possible.

  • Trunks are not required for camp, however many campers like to pack in them for easier access to their clothing. Clothing will be kept inside your camper's trunk or bag underneath a bunk bed which has a clearance of 17 inches. The under-bed space will be shared by a bunk mate. Bathroom items will be kept in a small cubby in the bathroom.

To see the complete packing list, check out our Overnight Camp Handbook.

  • If you add the horseback option to your registration, you will pay an additional fee for a one-time trail ride at Sunburst Stables, 15 minutes down the road from camp.

Horseback riding takes place during Choice Time (we take up to 14 campers per day). Campers who are not riding that day or at all will have fun, alternate activities to choose from during that time.

    Care Package Policy

We know campers love to receive goodies at camp, but please do not send any food items. We promise to fill your child’s stomach with three wonderful meals a day and even s’mores! Due to critters and limited food storage space, we have to throw out any food items that are sent.
