Camp Evergreen is located on 80 acres of mountain wilderness in North Georgia near Lake Burton and Moccasin Creek State Park, but with no more than 100 overnight campers at a time and a 4:1 camper-to-staff ratio, we are truly a place where “everybody knows your name” and no one gets lost in the crowd.
Our property is intentionally rustic, meaning the grounds have everything you need and nothing that you don’t—from cabins without air conditioning (but yes, fans are welcome!) to a modest, but charming chapel, barn and dining hall.
Property amenities include 14 cabins plus additional staff housing, dining hall and commercial kitchen, chapel, private swim lake with a blob, waterslides and a zipline, playing fields, archery and marksmanship targets, waterfront pavilion, campfire circle, large event barn, outdoor prayer spaces, and the ever-notable creek running through the heart of camp.

Food & Dining
Our dining hall is equipped with a commercial kitchen and exceeds all food preparation standards. We’re committed to accommodating a variety of food allergies and dietary needs—providing delicious, kid-friendly meals—that kids will actually enjoy—with high-quality ingredients and healthy options, including fresh produce. In addition to three meals each day, campers are served a daily snack. Plus, the desserts served after dinner are legendary!
